Easy Distribution is a pharmacy distribution management system designed to help pharmacies and distributors manage products, inventory, sales, purchases, customers, suppliers, returns, payments, collections and business reports from one application.
It runs on the device, keeps working without an internet connection, and can back itself up to your own Google Drive.
Easy Distribution is a pharmacy distribution and inventory management application for businesses that supply pharmacies. It replaces the mix of notebooks, spreadsheets and printed invoice books that a growing distributor usually outgrows, and keeps products, stock, customers, suppliers and money owed in one consistent set of records.
Built to work offline
Your records are stored on the device in a local database. The application opens and keeps working with no internet connection at all — useful in a stores room, a basement, or on the road.
Built for distribution
It is organised around how a distributor actually trades: buy from suppliers, hold stock, invoice pharmacies, chase what is owed, handle what comes back.
Built so the data survives
Because the records live on the device, backups matter. The application can write an encrypted backup file, and can keep recent backups in a private folder in your own Google Drive.
Easy Distribution is a business application used by the distributor’s own staff. It is not a pharmacy dispensing system, it does not hold patient records, and it is not a medical device.
Key features
Everything the business runs on, in one place
Each area below is a working part of the application, and they share the same records — a sale moves stock, a return moves it back, and both show up in the customer's balance.
Products and pricing
Keep a single product catalogue with pack sizes, batch and expiry details, purchase and selling prices, and customer-specific prices where a pharmacy has agreed rates.
Stock and inventory
Track stock as it moves in from purchases and out through sales, returns and adjustments, so the figure on the screen is the figure on the shelf.
Sales and invoicing
Raise an invoice from the counter or the road, apply line and invoice discounts, record free stock, and print or share the document straight away.
Credit sales and collections
Record credit sales against a pharmacy, see what is outstanding, and enter collections with a receipt for the customer.
Customers and suppliers
One record per pharmacy and per supplier, with contact details, trading history and outstanding balances in the same place.
Purchases
Enter supplier purchases and purchase notes, update stock and costs on receipt, and keep the paperwork attached to the supplier it came from.
Customer and supplier returns
Handle goods coming back from a pharmacy and going back to a supplier as first-class documents, with the stock and balance effects applied for you.
Reports
Sales, purchase, customer and owner reports built from your own records, ready to read on screen or export.
Thermal receipt printing
Print invoices and receipts to a Bluetooth ESC/POS thermal printer on Android, and produce PDF documents for anything that needs a full page.
Deliveries and routes
Plan delivery runs and routes, assign stops, and print a manifest for the person taking the goods out.
Activity history
An activity trail records changes to your records, so questions like “when did this price change” have an answer.
Backup and restore
Export an encrypted backup to the device, or connect a Google account and let the app keep recent backups in its own private Drive folder.
Inventory
Inventory Management
Stock in a distribution business changes all day — goods arrive, invoices go out, a pharmacy sends something back. Easy Distribution applies each of those to stock as it is recorded, so the balance is a consequence of your documents rather than a number somebody remembered to update.
A single product catalogue shared by purchases, sales and returns
Batch numbers and expiry dates held against the stock they belong to
Stock adjustments recorded as their own entries rather than silent edits
Free stock recorded separately from sold quantity
Purchase costs and selling prices kept per product
Sales
Sales & Invoicing
The sale is where most of the day happens, so it is built to be quick: pick the pharmacy, add lines, apply the discount that was agreed, and produce the document.
Cash and credit sales, with the outstanding balance kept per customer
Line-level and invoice-level discounts
Free stock on a sale line
Customer-specific prices where a pharmacy has agreed rates
Invoice preview, PDF generation, and Bluetooth thermal printing on Android
Purchasing
Purchase Management
Everything you buy, recorded against the supplier it came from. A purchase updates stock and costs from the document itself, so the catalogue reflects what you actually paid.
Purchase invoices entered as they appear on the supplier’s paperwork
Purchase orders for goods placed but not yet received
Batch and expiry captured per line, which is what governs dispatch
Stock and cost prices updated on receipt
Purchase notes previewed and printed like any other document
Amounts owed carried through to the supplier’s balance
Money
Payments & Collections
Credit is how the trade works, so knowing what is outstanding — and recording it the moment it is paid — is half the job. Collections and payments both post against the balance they settle.
Collections recorded against a customer, with a receipt to hand over
Payments recorded against a supplier
Outstanding balance maintained per customer and per supplier
Receivable and payable movements kept as a traceable history
Receipts previewed, printed or shared
Customers
Customer Management
A pharmacy is not just a name on an invoice — it is a balance, a price agreement, a delivery address and a trading history.
One record per pharmacy, with contact and address details
Outstanding balance and credit position at a glance
Invoices, returns and collections attached to the record
Agreed customer-specific prices per product
Call or message a customer from the sale screen on a mobile device
Suppliers
Supplier Management
The same view, in reverse, of every business you buy from — what you bought, what went back, and what you still owe.
One record per supplier, with contact details
Purchases and purchase orders attached to the record
Amounts payable kept up to date from the documents
Supplier returns raised directly against the supplier
Trading history reachable from the record itself
Returns in
Customer Returns
Goods coming back from a pharmacy, recorded as a document in its own right so the stock movement and the balance adjustment both happen.
Returned lines recorded against the customer
Stock brought back in from the return itself
The customer’s outstanding balance adjusted accordingly
Return documents previewed and printed
Returns out
Supplier Returns
Goods going back to a supplier — damaged, expired or wrongly supplied — handled the same deliberate way.
Returned lines recorded against the supplier
Stock removed from the return document
The amount payable to the supplier adjusted accordingly
A record of what went back, and when
Reporting
Reports
Every report is built from the documents you have already entered. There is nothing to reconcile, because there is only one set of books.
Sales and purchase reporting over a period you choose
Customer reporting, including what is outstanding
Owner reports summarising how the business is trading
Dashboard figures for the current position
Export to file for anything that needs to leave the app
Backup & Restore
Keeps working without a connection — and keeps a copy
An application that stops when the internet stops is not much use in a stores room. Easy Distribution keeps your records on the device, and takes the responsibility that comes with that seriously.
Offline-first, not offline-tolerant
The application reads and writes a database on the device itself. There is no waiting for a server, no spinner between screens, and no lost afternoon when the connection drops.
Encrypted backups
Backups are compressed and encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are written or uploaded. A damaged or altered archive fails its integrity check and is refused rather than restored over good data.
Automatic, or when you say
Backups can run manually, daily, weekly or monthly. An automatic backup is skipped when there is no connection, when the Google account needs re-authorising, or when the battery is very low.
Restore when you need to
Restoring replaces what is on the device with a backup you choose, after a confirmation. The five most recent Drive backups are kept, so you are not restricted to the newest one.
Where a deployment is configured for team use across several devices, business data can instead synchronise through a managed cloud database. Google Drive backup and cloud synchronisation are separate features and are not used together.
Google Drive backup
Why Easy Distribution asks for a Google account
Backups are only useful if they survive the device. Connecting a Google account gives the application somewhere to put them that you already own and can already get back into. Connecting is optional — the application runs, and backs up to the device, without it.
What the application can do
Create backup files in its own hidden application data folder in your Drive
List the backups it has created there, with their name, size and date
Download one of those backups when you ask to restore
Delete its own older backups, keeping the five most recent
What it cannot do
Open, read or list any other file or folder in your Google Drive
See files created by any other application
Read your Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, Photos or any other Google service
Share your Google data with anyone else, or use it for advertising
The permission we request
Easy Distribution requests exactly one Google Drive permission, and no other Google API scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata
This is Google’s application data folder scope. It grants access to a hidden folder that belongs to this application alone — it does not appear in your Drive, no other application can read it, and it gives Easy Distribution no access whatsoever to the rest of your Drive. When you sign in, the application also receives the basic profile information Google provides with any sign-in: your Google account identifier, email address, display name and profile picture, which are used to show which account backups are going to.
You can disconnect the account at any time from Settings › Google Drive backup in the application, and revoke access entirely from your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting does not delete your business records from the device.
The full detail — what the backup contains, how it is encrypted, how long it is kept and how to delete it — is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Privacy and data handling
What we do — and do not — do with your data
A short summary. The Privacy Policy is the full and binding version, and it describes the application's Google API usage in detail.
Your records stay yours
Your products, customers, suppliers and documents are stored on your own device. ThinkInICT does not receive a copy of them and cannot read them.
Backups go to your own Drive
If you connect Google Drive, backups are uploaded to the hidden application data folder of your own Google account — not to a server we operate.
Google data is used for one thing
Google account information and Drive access are used only to provide backup and restore. They are never sold, never used for advertising, and never transferred to anyone except as described in the policy.
This website collects nothing
These pages have no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, no cookies set by us, and no sign-in. They make no third-party requests.
Easy Distribution’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
